FounderValeria Rodríguez-Codina Felgueras
Valeria is an international leadership strategist and ecosystem connector working across Europe, Iberia, and Latin America. She builds communities of women leaders, strengthens corporate alliances, and designs spaces where clarity, presence, and strategic thinking can emerge.
She serves as Head of Iberia & Latin America at the Women Presidents Organization (WPO) supporting women presidents of companies in both regions.
Her approach integrates strategy, presence, nature, and human depth, creating environments where leaders can pause, think, realign, and move forward with intention.
Experience & Program ManagerAlways on the hunt for the next hidden gem, Lulu is the friendly face behind our partner relations. She keeps in close contact with our hotels, travel agencies, and collaborators, making sure every stay lives up to our luxury standards. When she’s not building partnerships, she’s studying Behavior and Social Sciences at IE University.

But she doesn't stop there…Laura’s currently pursuing a Dual Degree in Management at ESCP Business School and Universidad Carlos III in Madrid. Whether she's traveling, studying, or forging new connections, Laura is always on the move.

Operations ManagerWith a passion for organization and creating seamless experiences, Francisca is behind the planning and coordination that keep The Rooting running smoothly. From managing budgets and invoices to coordinating registrations, contracts, and logistics, she makes sure every detail is taken care of. Alongside her role at The Rooting, she’s pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Always organized and ready for a new challenge, Francisca helps turn ideas into experiences that run effortlessly.
